Production Description:
1. The three-dimensional folding super large-area filtering device
has a filter expansion area that is 30 times larger than the area
of the traditional flat filter. The filter mesh can reach 80 mesh,
and all can be produced with 100% bottle flakes. The finished
product quality can be compared with the new material.
2. This set adopts two special stretching processes, which have
good rigidity and stable width, which improves the tensile strength
of the finished product.
3. The winder adopts a double-station winding device, which is easy
to operate and easy to change rolls.
4. High-precision components make the product forming quality
stable, width and thickness fluctuations are far less than national
standards; unique network changing device greatly reduces the time
for changing the network and improves work efficiency.
5. The unique circulating cooling system and multiple sets of
shaped guide roller make the packing belt cooling and shrinking

accurate.
