CSG series is a fully automatic drying system with zeolite
desiccant beds, which is the combination of Hopper Bank Series and
Dry Air Generater Series. It can automatically adjust and control
operating
parameters based on the type and quantity of polymer.

Dew Point Technology
Instead of superficial time control, now we precisely control our
pneumatic value on the basis of dew point.
It’s the energy consumption solution with highest cost performance.

If the moisture content of raw material is really high, the dew
point could have already get -20oC in less than 2 hour.
Then,in the next hour before the pneumatic value
working, the drying effect is significantly decreased due
to the much higher dew point.

f the moisture content of raw material is really low,
the dew point could still be above -20oC after three hours.
However, the pneumatic value has to switch every three
hour, thus the energy is wasted due to the earlier regeneration.

We are a factory, manufacturing mainly plastic dryer machines. We
offer turnkey solutions including conveying, drying and mixing with
more than 10 years experience.
Q2: What is your delivery time?
A2: Normally no more than 40 working days.
Q3: How to install my machines when it arrives? How much the cost?
A3: We will send our engineers to your factory to install the
machines and train your staff how to operate the machines If
needed. Or you can arrange engineers to study in our factory.
You are responsible for air tickets, accommodation and our engineer
wage USD100/day/person.
Q4: What is your guarantee?
A4: We have one year guarantee and life-long technical support. Our
service also including machine maintaince.
Q5: What is your payment term?
A5: 30%T/T in advance as down payment, rest should be paid before
shipping. L/C is supported also.
